This machine is suit for building and security cable for insulating and sheathing materials of PVC, PE, LSZH.

Performance and features:
The whole line is controlled by PLC with human-machine interaction interface . Digital control technique and PLC program make entire control system dependable and flexible.
Adopt the specialized screw for PVC, PE, and LSZH material and specialized heating and cooling system to control the output and uniform insulation diameter.
Precise fixed-center crosshead gives high concentricity of the insulation and jacket and saves the time adjusting the die and mould.
The whole line is adopted the advanced detecting system to make sure the product quality and high efficiency.
