用途：
适用于CAT5e,CAT6,CAT6A类数据电缆实芯绝缘线芯

Application：
Suitable for Data cable CAT5e,CAT6 and CAT6A solid insulation

性能特征：
A拉丝、退火和预热一体化设计并配有自动张力调节系统,保证铜线延伸率和导体线径均匀一致；
B.挤塑机采用进口机头,保证芯线同心度达到95%以上；
C.在线配置水电容检测仪器；
D.BETA公司X-Y激光测径仪将检测数值反馈到挤塑机调节螺杆转速,确保芯线外径偏差在±0.005mm范围。

Performance and features:
A. Integrated design of annealing and pre-heating, equipped with automatic tension adjusting system, and ensure the wire diameter uniformity of the copper wire elongation and conductor;
B. The plastic extruding machine using imported crosshead, which can ensure concentricity of core wire over 95%.
C. Online configure capacitance testing instruments for water;
D. X-Y laser caliper from BETA company will feedback the tested value to the revolution speed of adjustment screw of plastic extruding machine, to ensure the deviation of external diameter of core wire be within ±0.002mm.
