用途：

适用于多股铜丝、铝线、铝合金导体线的绞合或绝缘芯线成缆绞合。

Application:
Applied to bunch-twisting copper conductor, Aluminum alloy conductor, etc and twist-cabling core wire.

性能特征：
1、采用可编程控制器和触摸屏实现该机的自动化控制，确保整条生产线稳定可靠，通过触摸屏设置绞距便于操作。
2、绞弓采用碳纤维材料，强度高且轻便。
3、回转绞弓、引取和收线采用独立的马达驱动。
4、效率高，大约是传统管绞机、框绞机的4倍。

Performance and features:
1.The machine is controlled by PLC with human-machine interaction interface . Digital control technique and PLC program make entire control system dependable. It is flexible to set strand pitch by means of the touch-screen.
2.Adopt the bow with carbon fiber material which possesses high strength and is light.
3.The bow , traction and take-up system are adopted independent motor.
4.Very high efficiency. The production efficiency of the double-twist buncher is about 4 times as high as the rigid strander’s.
