一、束丝工序  Copper bunching
A. JG高速绞线机系列，500、630、800机型，适用七股以上的镀银线、镀锡线、漆包线、裸铜线、铜包钢、铜包铝绞合；

二、芯线绝缘 Conductor insulation
A.  EX-50+35芯线绝缘押出机，适用芯线单色或单色带注条高速绝缘押出，线速可达500M/MIN；

三、芯线成缆 Conductor cabling
A.  STB630-1250高速旋框单绞机，适用于电源线芯线成缆绞合，并可同步包带，线速可达75m/min；

B.  DTA630-1250高速双绞成缆机，适用于电源线芯线成缆绞合，线速可达150m/min；

C.  STA630-1250高速悬臂单绞机，适用于高品质电源线芯线成缆绞合，并可同步包带，线速可达75m/min；

四、护套押出 Sheath extruding
A. EX-80护套押出机，适用于电源线护套押出，线速可达300m/min；

B.  EX-90护套押出机，适用于电源线护套押出，线速可达250m/min；

五、裁断分条 Cable cutting 
A. 全自动高速裁线机，可与押出机联动，裁线速度200m/min或150条/分；
